    shredded carrots: 2 c, sesame dressing: 2 tbsp, jasmine rice: 1 c, sweet soy glaze: 2 tbsp, mayonnaise: 2 tbsp, ground pork: 12 oz, lime: 1 unit, crispy fried onions: 2 tbsp, sriracha: 1 tsp, cilantro: 1 unit, salt: 1 tsp, sugar: 1 tsp, cooking oil: 1 tbsp, butter: 1 tbsp, black pepper: 1 tsp

    In a small pot , combine jasmine rice, 1¼%cups water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until rice is tender ⏱️ 15 minutes .

    While rice cooks, wash and dry all produce.

    Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and a big pinch of salt. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned ⏱️ 3 minutes .

    Fluff rice with a fork; stir in lime zest and butter. Season with salt and black pepper.
